These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BarChannel mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by Liberty Edge LLC (“Liberty Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BarChannel helps bars, lounges, and sports venues identify which TV channel or streaming service is airing live sporting events, based on the cable, satellite, and streaming providers and the ZIP code you configure. The Service includes channel lookup, availability indicators, multi-TV planning, printable schedules, and game notifications.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. The Service is intended for commercial use by venues and their staff, not for personal or household use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the BarChannel name and logo, is owned by Liberty Edge LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (including app stores, data providers, and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their separate terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Edge LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Edge LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any broadcast or licensing rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
