BarChannel is a business tool that helps bars, lounges, and sports venues identify which channel or streaming service is airing live sporting events based on their providers and location.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BarChannel uses the ZIP code you enter to return channel and provider information relevant to your area. We do not collect precise GPS location from your device.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, receive, or store your credit card or payment card numbers. Those details are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. We receive only limited transaction information needed to confirm and manage your subscription status.
We share information with third-party providers only as needed to operate the Service. These include:

BarChannel is a business tool intended for use by adults operating or working at licensed venues. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Service is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
